These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at reprisetherapy.com (the "Site"), operated by Reprise Therapy LLC ("Reprise Therapy," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
THE CLIENT PORTAL IS NOT TO BE USED FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS. IF YOU OR OTHERS ARE IN IMMEDIATE DANGER OR EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY.
Informational use only
The Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Its content does not constitute medical, mental health, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Reading this Site does not create a therapist–client relationship.
No therapist–client relationship until intake
Contacting us through the Site, including submitting the contact form or sending a message, does not establish a therapist–client relationship. Such a relationship is formed only after a formal intake process is completed and both you and the practice have agreed, in accordance with applicable professional requirements.
Telehealth and eligibility
Reprise Therapy offers in-person sessions in Hoboken, New Jersey, and telehealth (video) sessions to clients who are physically located in a state where the therapist is licensed, currently New Jersey and South Carolina. Services are available to individuals age 17 and older. If you are located outside these states, we may not be able to provide services to you.
Client portal and telehealth
Our client portal, scheduling, billing, and secure messaging are provided through a third-party platform, Sessions Health, and telehealth sessions are conducted over a secure video platform. These services are subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies. These Terms govern this website only.
No warranty on accuracy of content
We strive to keep the Site's information current and correct, but we make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site or its content. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reprise Therapy and its owner will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
